The RTP resources are usually free for download since people need to install RPGmaker's default resources to play games without RTP installed. If so, then by virtue of there being absolutely no DLC for RPGmaker 2003, would pirated materials even be a thing? Really the only lay you could break is illegally downloading the program itself. Links to the fan translated RTP also links to the pirated program. So we just ban it all together. But people need to be patient since it's not gonna work for the legal version anyway! The translation is different!

Well, just for the record, the site I linked to didn't offer any of the RPG Makers for download, just games created with them and the RTP's. I also can't remember a single reputable RPG Maker fansite that offered the makers for download in the last 10+ years. I still remember the big fuss around 2002/2003 where website owners got in trouble for offering illegal downloads of the English version and they instantly removed the downloads from their servers to avoid lawsuits.
Do i get it right? There is still a RTP. If i Buy the Programm now, i get the RTP later. I have to be patient, because the devs work on it. We are still allowed to share Edits of the RTP. If i own both Makers, i can use the RTP of both in any of that two makers, cause of the resolution difference, i have to Edit the Resources and Filenames. How do i know in the fututre which File Names are ok and which not?
Or does the rm2k3 always converts the game with rtp? In vx we can choose that. Is it standard on in rm2k3? Would be also a good way to see if the maker was pirated or not.
