The amps have seen literally thousands of shows. Of the 8 channels, I have lost 1 channel 1 time during their lifetime. I had it repaired years ago and all the amps are still out working today. I have been very impressed with their durability.

I have had more problems with my QSC's (though not enough to keep me from buying more) than my Crests. I have owned QSC USA 1350, EX1600, EX40000, PL4.0, PL1. The Crown Microtech = Crown Macrotech, without the IOC, and, front Level Controls Internally, both are the same. The Powerbase, uses one Transformer (Macro/Micro uses two) and, less Transistors, compared to the Macro/Microtech. Thats why, the Powerbase is 4 ohms minimum stereo, and, not 2, like the MA/MT Series.

Also, The Powerbase, Powertech, and, CSL, are all the same. The Powertech offers the front Level Controls Status Indicators, where as the Powerbase/CSL offers rear Level Controls, and only an Enable (Power)indicator. I guess I went a little overboard Best Regards.
